Evidence at a glance

Each record keeps its own evidence class. Counts are records in this public edition, not a quality score.

Evidence gap: Human route-specific absolute bioavailability is not established here. Modified GHRH analogues must retain their exact identities.

Older adult studies require exact molecule identity

The likely 1997 mixed-sex reference used modified [Nle27]GHRH(1–29)-NH2 at 10 mcg/kg SC nightly for 16 weeks after four placebo weeks in 19 adults aged 55–71. Sleep quality was unchanged. A separate study in 11 older men used GHRH(1–29) 2 mg SC nightly for six weeks. Neither validates ordinary sermorelin 200–300 mcg community cycles.

Context: October 15 2026 article audit; primary evidence and author claims distinguished.

Limitations: Related-analogue evidence is explicitly identified; it must not be assigned directly to ordinary sermorelin or interpreted as comparative potency evidence.

Sermorelin community schedule

Distinct protocol, timing or sequence preserved from the saved research material. Unreported fields remain unknown.

Context: Attributed research context; population or formulation not fully specified.

Attributed proposal / anecdote: Amount: 200–300 mcg; Frequency: Once nightly; Duration: 12 weeks, then 4–6 weeks off; Timing: Bedtime; fasted morning also mentioned; Route: Not documented

Limitations: Author-reported community schedule, not a validated treatment regimen or personal recommendation. Cycling, rotation and adjunct superiority are not established. Missing fields are not inferred.

Route: Not documented
