Evidence at a glance

Each record keeps its own evidence class. Counts are records in this public edition, not a quality score.

Evidence gap: Human SC PK exists for the DAC molecule; absolute SC bioavailability and oral or IM therapeutic PK are not established here.

Long acting CJC 1295 human PK

Healthy-adult SC trials found a 5.8–8.1-day half-life and prolonged GH and IGF-1 elevation. These are DAC-containing molecule findings.

Context: October 15 2026 article audit; primary evidence and author claims distinguished.

Limitations: No established general treatment protocol; retain the population, molecule and route limitations.

Route: SC · Human SC half-life 5.8–8.1 days; absolute SC bioavailability not established here.

Pulses persist despite higher trough GH

Healthy men aged 20–40 received 60 or 90 mcg/kg; overnight sampling one week afterward showed 7.5-fold higher trough GH with unchanged pulse frequency and magnitude. This does not establish no-DAC superiority.

Context: October 15 2026 article audit; primary evidence and author claims distinguished.

Limitations: No established general treatment protocol; retain the population, molecule and route limitations.

Route: SC

CJC-1295 with DAC single-dose trial

Administration reported for this specific study or labeled indication.

Context: Healthy adults

Human study regimen: Amount: 30, 60, 125 or 250 µg/kg; Route: Subcutaneous; Frequency: Single administration; Duration: 28-day study; Species: Human; Population: Healthy adults

Limitations: The trial measured GH and IGF-I and studied the long-acting DAC construct.

Route: Subcutaneous
